Well it has a nice idea but the composition and colours are a liiittle bit off. Composition is too tight IMO...it doesn't really give any room for the viewer 'cause everything is stuffed to together. If you nail the composition right the art piece is half done already ;) and about the colors...well in a nutshell they don't look realistic...just think about sunset...it has a lot of contrast and the objects where the light hits have a golden tint on them. The upper sky should be a lot lighter 'cause now it looks like the sun would be shining really high...anyways I hope you got something out of this. Keep on practicing ;)

The Sun and Moon are too close together (Friends Joke!)

(paint) But this is just me rambling on about things im learning.

I'm not an expert in realism so I couldn't give very helpfull critiques, but I can try =p
Composition, as they said above is a bit off, and there's something about the colours that doesn't look natural, I would recomend looking at real pictures for reference. Maybe they are too saturated... I don't know really =p

As for the clouds I think they look too solid, maybe you find this tutorial useful. http://offthechain2.deviantart.com/art/Simple-CG-Clouds-Tut-38415261 I know you use painter, not photoshop, but this is the only one I could find =)
